Today the notes have been sent home regarding our annual Athletics Carnival that is being held on Monday 8th August at Mingara Athletics Track.
We have spares in the office where all notes are kept if your child did not bring one home.
I have also attached a PDF version.
These permission notes and payment need to be returned by WEDNESDAY 3rd AUGUST. If paying on line, please tick the box on the note that asks for your receipt number and return permission note to class teacher.
