ATTENTION ALL YEAR 6 PARENTS/CARERS
The High School Enrolment form for entry into Year 7 2018 was sent home last week.
Accompanying this form is a set of ‘Information sheets' discussing your options and procedures for enrolment of your son or daughter.
Please complete the enrolment form carefully and return it to your child's teacher by Friday 17 March. This allows us time to process the forms before forwarding them on to the High Schools.
EVERY student must return a form regardless of whether they will be attending a public school, independent school or overseas school. If a public school placement is not required then please complete SECTIONS A and E only.
