Thank you to all the amazing students and families for making Friday's Zone Cross Country such a fun, successful day. The Brisbania students and families displayed exemplary sportsmanship. They were encouraging and supportive to every competitor.
The day was sunny, but the course was muddy and very slippery. We had several children trip over, they picked themselves up and persevered to complete the race. Their efforts were inspiring.
Congratulations to Tom who came 2nd and Leah who came 6th in their age race, they were successful in qualifying for the Sydney North Regional Cross Country being held at Gosford Racecourse on Thursday 14th June.
Mrs Eddy, valued parent volunteer, reported that Miss Iles will have no voice over the weekend as she cheered louder than everyone there.
Miss Iles was a wonderful team leader and motivated the students all day.
